HOW TO GET HELP

As a Guest, serving you is our top priority.  Below is a list of the common requests we get, and how we can help you solve them.

Updating Billing Info

You can update your info by clicking on the profile image in the upper right corner of this page.  Then choose 'settings'.  Here you can update your billing info. 

Cancelling Do It Yourself Level

If you're enrolled in our monthly Do It Yourself Level, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the profile image in the upper right corner of this page.  Then choose 'settings'.  Here you can cancel your order and won't be billed again.

Pausing Service

If you have an unforeseen medical emergency or life event, you can pause your service with us for up to 90 days.  Simply email [email protected] and explain to us the situation.

Technical Help

If you have Kajabi specific questions, contact Kajabi's support team.  You can do this within your Kajabi portal.  If you need technical help specific to the builds we're instructing you to create, check our Call Calendar for the next available Tech Session or Implementation Call.

Build Out Questions

If you have questions about your build out, please contact your Project Manager via the Coaching App.
